Welcome to Creaciones Jades Baby Shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders

All products sold by Creaciones Jades Baby Shop are custom-made and personalized according to the information provided by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all names, dates, colors, sizes, and personalization details are correct before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work on custom orders.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped or delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

If an order is canceled after a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because every item is personalized and made specifically for each customer:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• We do not issue refunds for personalized items.

• Deposits are non-refundable if an order is canceled.

If you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

5. Production & Processing Time

Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated completion dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by holidays, weather, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Creaciones Jades Baby Shop.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Product Appearance

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and handmade production, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur. These minor differences are considered normal and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product photos, graphics, and content created by Creaciones Jades Baby Shop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
