Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product, customization, and current order volume.

Estimated processing times will be communicated at the time your order is placed. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, Creaciones Jades Baby Shop is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages. Any additional shipping fees required to resend an order are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Creaciones Jades Baby Shop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you by providing any shipping information available.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue if the damage occurred during shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
